On July 31, 2021, the China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association held the "Standards for Frozen Spinach Products for Export", "Standards for Export Frozen Asparagus Products", "Standards for Export Frozen Taro Products", "Export Frozen Radishes" in Anqiu City, Shandong Province Product Standard", "Good Planting Practice for Exporting Ginger", "Good Planting Practice for Exporting Green Onion" and other six group standard technical review meetings". Duan Xiaohong, Secretary General of China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association, Guo Lisheng, Senior Consultant of the Association, Wang Jun, Director of the National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center of the National Health Commission, and relevant experts from the Food Standards Technical Review Committee of the Association attended the meeting online and offline.
The six standards were proposed by Shandong Lufeng Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Entry-Exit Inspection Organized by the Quarantine Association.
The standard combines the current needs of exporting frozen vegetable enterprises and exporting vegetable base planting to make the processing, inspection and base planting of the above products more standardized and more operable. Four export frozen vegetable product standards stipulate the technical requirements, production and processing process, inspection methods, inspection rules, etc. of export frozen vegetables; two planting standards stipulate the selection of export ginger and green onion bases, environmental protection, food protection, traceability, etc.
The meeting introduced the standard preparation process in detail and fully discussed the standard technical content. According to the group standard management measures of the China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association, the participating experts agreed that the six standards passed the review. Report to China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association for approval, numbering and publication. The release of these six standards will help to give play to the advantages of group standards, promote industrial upgrading and high-quality development, and provide technical guidance for improving the safety and quality of my country's exported vegetable food and its competitiveness in the international market.
